As concerns over the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to rise, our intent is to inform you of our current procedures. In keeping with public health official guidelines, we are taking precautionary measures to limit your exposure and that of our employees. We have currently closed all of our office locations to the public. We will; however, continue to do all that is necessary to keep your communication solutions working at their best to keep you connected. We have all of our technicians continually monitoring the network as always and will send technicians on-site as needed to ensure that changing business needs are met.
To help you get through this difficult time, we have several products and services that may be of assistance to business owners and managers with remote workers. If you have a Hosted phone system with us, we can help you to make your business phone mobile and accessible from anywhere. We can also assist with enhanced bandwidth needs and call forwarding, as well as software that will allow you remote access to your personal computer. I use Primelink for both internet and phone service at my business. I have a total of four incoming phone lines and a fax line, plus fiber optic internet.
